Volunteer Erosion Control was established to help serve the needs of the construction industry in Tennessee.
Our primary focus is to deliver professional erosion and sediment control services at affordable prices. We are a licensed and insured contractor and can provide a variety of services to meet the needs of Developers, Contractors, and Homeowners.
The Principle Investor has been in and around the construction industry for nearly 20 years. Mr. Toole started out as a young laborer for his family's development company and quickly moved into a management position. He served as an intern for the Environmental Coordinator at TDOT while working on his Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Tennessee, and was the Erosion Control Control Director for a conservation group in Knoxville, until starting Volunteer Erosion Control, LLC in 2005.
